Google Blogger widget

I downloaded the Google Blogger widget for OS X since I use a Mac at work. I figured that I could use it to update my blogs and then when my boss walks by, I could just exit the Dashboard real quick to hide it.

It works great except for one major problem, you can't easily title blog entries. I find that I have to go into the web application and add the title to the blog afterwards. Quite annoying.

The only other complaints that I have are that it doesn't scroll the text after a point and the lack of spell check. Once you fill up the window, it just expands line by line as you type and at no point does it begin to scroll the text in the window. Eventually, if you are making a decent length entry, you run out of space on your screen.

Other than that, it's pretty decent. It allows you to post to any of the blogs on your account easily and you can save drafts.

Great for quick little updates where you don't need a title, but for anything lengthy, I'll stick to the web app.
